Clear answers before the site review begins.
The most important facts are public. Detailed rider, safety, pricing, rights, and venue decisions stay in the appropriate planning process.
Fairs & Festivals
Which Royals’ Spectacular setup fits our grounds?
The current planning footprints are Octagon Stage / The Big Show at 120 × 120 feet, Traditional Stage at 120 × 85 feet, and Single Tower Stage at 65 × 65 feet. Final configuration, setup, and weather requirements are confirmed after venue and site review.
What happens after the show, and is Try-n-Fly available?
Meet the Royals is standard current practice, typically after performances, so guests can interact with the team and take photos. The Try-n-Fly Experience is conditional and may be available only when the property, rig, staffing, venue, schedule, and insurance conditions align. It is never guaranteed before feasibility review.
Corporate & Private
Can The Flying Royals work with our venue?
Every event begins with a practical venue and production review. Share your date, setting, guest count and venue details, and the team will help determine the right path for your event.
What should we include in a corporate or private inquiry?
A useful first conversation starts with the event date, city, venue, indoor or outdoor setting, audience size, the role you want entertainment to play, and any early budget or production information.
Sponsorship
What is included in Behind the Flight?
Behind the Flight is a $5,000, 90-day founding-partner pilot. It includes a kickoff sheet, one Instagram partnership announcement with linked Facebook distribution when available, two short-form videos, three Instagram Story sequences, a temporary website acknowledgment, a closing digital asset folder, and a delivery recap. Payment is 50% at signature and 50% before the first scheduled content release. Exclusivity and event-dependent placements are not included unless separately defined, priced, and approved.
How are sponsor delivery and results handled?
Sponsor objectives, approved deliverables, measurement methods, permissions, and evidence are defined before an activation. The Flying Royals do not promise impressions, conversions, attendance impact, exclusivity, or return on investment without verified support.
General
How do we get started?
Choose the inquiry path that matches your event and share the date, location, venue, audience, goals, and available planning information. The team will review the fit and outline the right next step. An inquiry is not a booking or availability guarantee.
